Our Philosophy
At Spruce & Sprout, we believe in a child led and neurodiversity-affirming approach that honors every individual's unique way of experiencing the world. My practice is built on empathy, celebrating individual strengths, and fostering a nurturing environment where responsive feeding and developmental growth go hand-in-hand.

About Your Therapist

Occupatonal Therapist and Feeding Specialist
Alli, Owner, OTR/L
Alli has a strong passion for meeting clients where they're at and supporting the whole family unit. While Alli is the clinical expert, caregivers are experts in their children, and together therapy goals can be achieved!
The core of Spruce and Sprout Therapy is connecting with clients and families in order to match therapy strategies and approaches with their values and unique family routines. Alli is a child-led, responsive therapist that uses the strengths of the child and the family to foster growth and skill development.
Eating and feeding is so personal to each family and holds so much value between food choices, mealtime routines, and family connection. Alli feels honored to be able to join clients at the table and help make mealtimes a positive experience for everyone! Whether you are struggling with introducing foods to your baby or have been navigating feeding challenges for years, Alli has a warm and empowering approach so that you as the caregiver can feel confident feeding your child.
Away from the table, Alli believes that a regulated sensory system leads to successful participation in all of life's daily activities. Using connection and individualized therapy approaches, clients can learn life changing skills! Alli's experience with motor, sensory, and cognitive approaches gives her a well rounded, holistic approach to treatment. She likes to be silly, fun, and your biggest cheerleader.
Over her career, Alli has worked in outpatient clinics and in hospital settings. In addition to individual sessions she has led various groups including: feeding groups, self-regulation groups, social groups, adaptive gymnastics, and motor skills groups. She has 10+ years of experience working with children and families across all stages of development to help develop skills and optimize daily routines.
